Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling to establish and maintain relationships with providers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing provider inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of provider interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance provider support and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette during all communications to ensure professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for providers as needed.
- Support the implementation of new processes or systems that benefit provider relations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with outbound calling and handling high-volume phone communications.
- Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
