Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will serve as a critical link between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that IT systems align with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help drive innovation and efficiency by developing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions while fostering collaboration within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify business needs and trends. Simplify and present data in a way that is easily understood by non-IT staff.
- IT Solutions Implementation: Design, develop, and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements. Propose system modifications, develop and test software solutions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on new systems and procedures. Equip team members with IT knowledge to effectively use technology throughout the organization.
- System Performance: Evaluate and troubleshoot system performance. Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Documentation: Document IT systems, processes, and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to various teams within the organization.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
- Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on technological advancements to identify opportunities for company improvement and growth.
Qualifications, Education, Work Experience, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent IT experience.
- Working knowledge of business systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages to support end-user reporting requirements.
- Understanding of Microsoft-based productivity software.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and basic network configuration.
- Familiarity with IT hardware and software.
- Experience with C#, VB.net, JavaScript, JSON, and XML is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with technical projects and IT systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is desired but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise, heat, cold, and dust.
