Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated O&M Rail Safety Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of engineering tasks from administrative to strategic.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the updating and continuous improvement of Safety Management System Programs and Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP).
- Provide technical supervision on safety issues of rail-related projects.
- Interpret, execute, and recommend changes to established safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years progressively responsible related experience in rail operations safety, including three (3) years supervision experience.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
