About the Position
Reporting to the company's President, the Vice President of Finance will lead financial and accounting functions at Hiya globally, which include accounting and finance operations, financial and tax reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations.
What You'll Do
Accounting and finance operations
- Overseeing all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll
- Build robust internal financial processes with relevant internal controls to ensure visibility into revenue performance, return on investments, and expense management.
- Oversee spend management (purchasing and procurement) processes purchasing and procurement
Financial and tax reporting

The On Target Earning (OTE) for this role is between $270,600 - $335,300 with the base being $230,000- $285,000 variable component of 15% of OTE. Bonus will be based on Individual performance / company performance. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered : skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
