This position will be assigned to the Design Build Division supporting large, complex and fast-moving projects across the country. Working as part of collaborative group, this individual will have access to training and knowledge of a seasoned business support team. Design Build provides the unique opportunity to support many types and sizes of projects.
This opportunity entails being responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. This position will involve comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support activities, enabling the Design Build organization to make informed financial decisions.
What You’ll Do :
Provides basic level financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support management decision-making.
Synthesizes large amounts of data into meaningful summarized reports to provide leadership.
Supports more experienced Financial Analysts in routine and / or basic tasks in maintaining or developing business applications with Excel and / or HNTB Enterprise Reporting Solutions.
Supports monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial planning activities.
Generates standard financial and business-related analysis under guidance.
Develops graphs, charts, and presentations to clearly show data trends and projections.
Analyzes issues that affect Sales, Revenue, Earnings, and Cash.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree, or
In lieu of education, 4 years finance or related experience
What You'll Bring :
Entry-level analyst focused on foundational understanding of HNTB processes.
Strong Excel skills
Strong Analytical skills
Sound finance and business acumen
Strong attention to detail
Developing a foundational understanding of HNTB software applications and enterprise reporting platforms
Developing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
