What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Controller position at Hodess Cleanroom Construction LLC?
The Project Controller works closely with Project Managers, Project Executives on all aspects of project accounting and project financials.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly requisitions
- Managing subcontractor compliance (OCIP, CCIP, Insurance and Bonds).
- Supports PX and PM in monthly forecasting cost review process (Cost to complete).
- Processing owner and subcontractor change orders and commitments in Procore.
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor cash position and over under billing analysis.
- Support corporate accounting in month end close duties.
- Act as a liaison between project management, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manages project closeout process (Ensure that project documentation is finalized)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Experience in Construction, A/E field.
- Proficiency in project management and ERP software systems. Procore and CMiC experience highly desired.
- Microsoft suite experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
