Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented, innovative, and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will oversee all marketing initiatives, develop strategies, and lead a growing team to help expand the Hodge Industrial LLC brand and drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership to craft and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives, while also enhancing the customer experience and positioning Hodge Industrial LLC as a leader in the air compressor market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for Hodge Industrial LLC.
- Create targeted campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Coordinate efforts with other departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
- Manage marketing team performance, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Content Creation & Communication:
- Oversee the development of high-quality content (blogs, website copy, social media posts, advertisements, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and maintain brand integrity.
- Collaborate with external partners (agencies, vendors) for content and campaign support.
- Budget Management & Reporting:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
- Track the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing detailed reporting on ROI, KPIs, and recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor market and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Brand Development:
- Champion the Hodge Industrial LLC brand, ensuring it reflects the company’s values and industry leadership.
- Organize and manage trade shows, events, and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Big 3: Qualified Equipment Sales Leads (125/month), Service Leads (48/month), Membership Leads (60/month)
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful marketing strategies with measurable results, ideally within the industrial, B2B, or manufacturing sectors.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience with digital marketing, social media strategies, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in budget management and campaign performance tracking.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A passion for creativity and innovation in marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
