For this role, we are looking for bilingual people to manage the human resources side of our business. The ideal person for this role would be detail oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the human resources department so that work is completed in compliance
- Act as a resource to employees for issues that arise
- Review and develop employment policies related to general company and employee practices
- Investigate any employee issues related to safety or general concerns
- Manage the recruiting process for finding new talent
- Ensure employee retention programs are working effectively
- Assist employees and applicants with paperwork
- Work with accounting to ensure payroll is correct
- Interact with benefits group to ensure employees are taken care of
- Process paperwork as needed
This position is required to be on-site every day.
