Hoffmann Die Cast will provide its customers with the best quality products at the most competitive prices possible. We are seeking a skilled Die Caster to join our team. As a Die Caster, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining die casting machines to produce high-quality metal components. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Must have a minimum of 3 years as a Die Cast Operator to apply:
- Operate the Trim Press as a cross functional position
- Set up and operate die casting machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the die casting process
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Visually inspect castings - Responsibly for keeping scrap and product counts
Wage based on experience
Experience:
- Must have previous experience as a Die Casting Operator
-Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations and measurements
