Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including directing customer traffic and maintaining calendars and managing a weekly payroll.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing accounts.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide support as a receptionist, directing customer directing customers as needed.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Accounting experience a plus but not required
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or clerk is advantageous but not required.
