Role Description
As a Wheel Repair Technician, your main focus is providing optimal customer service to keep our customer’s vehicles operating safely. You will use the latest tools and techniques to restore wheels and wheel covers which may include fixing cosmetic damage (curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent/heels) using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids. Other tasks include painting surfaces, inspecting wheels, prepping and buffing defects, mixing colors and finishing. Other services you may provide include tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Work closely with technicians to ensure that all vehicles receive top-notch service and attention to detail Follow safety guidelines and best practices
- Must display a positive and friendly attitude as well as appropriate behavior during work hours
- Must provide superior customer service
- Other duties as assigned
