As a College Recruiting Coordinator, you will work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, and y ou'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent from universities and colleges across the country to create diverse, high performing teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage 8- 10 high priority schools :Take ownership of targeted universities, develop strong relationships and strategic recruitment plans for each.
- Collaborate with College Recruiting Champions :Work closely with recruiting champions to devise effective recruitment strategies that are aligned to each program.
- Attend Campus Events : Represent the company at campus events alongside Recruiting Champions and team members to even with prospective candidates and promote organization.
- Coordinate On-campus events : Organize and oversee on-campus recruiting events, ensuring seamless execution, and maximizing candidate engagement.
- Provide Candidate Status Updates :Keep Recruiting Champions informed about candidate statuses, providing regular updates and feedback to maintain transparency and ensure effective collaboration.
- Stay Informed on Recruitment Environment : Keep abreast of current recruiting trends and Holder Selectivity, providing context and insights to Recruiting Champions to adapt strategies as needed.
- Tracking Candidate Progression : Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progression through the recruitment process, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience.
- Intern Program Support : Provide support and follow-up to interns throughout their experience with the organization, fostering a positive and enriching internship experience.
- Schedule and Host Candidate Interviews :Coordinate and host candidate interviews, providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Candidate Maintenance : Maintain candidate relationships and communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Track Campus Spending and Metrics: Monitor and track spending related to campus recruiting activities, as well as key metrics such as candidate conversion rates and time-to-fill, to inform decision-making and optimize recruiting efforts.
- Support onboarding efforts: Collect and review new hire paperwork for completion and compliance, drug screen compliance, set up of first day, etc.
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field
- 2- 4 years of high-volume college recruiting experience
- Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
