The ideal candidate is an ambitious and enthusiastic individual responsible for the execution of productive recruiting strategies and other human resources functions. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process, including building applicant pools through both internal and external sourcing methods.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to keep current job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Responsible for job posting and advertisements on various platforms
- Facilitate and participate in the interview process, including filtering resumes and screening candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to produce employment offers
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire recruiting and hiring process
- Identify and source passive candidates
- Coordinate with other offices in the region on strategic hiring needs
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires
- Organize and participate in college job fairs and recruiting events
- Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Stay up to date with compensation trends in the region and industry
- Work with third party recruiters as necessary
- Track and maintain recruiting database and metrics
- Additional related duties as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of human resources or recruiting experience
- Prior experience recruiting within the A/E/C industry preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- General understanding of general human resources functions, including benefits, payroll, EEOC topics, and more
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Experience with recruiting platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS
