Dining Room Attendant

We are looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest experience. Good servers will be able to exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• A hotel breakfast attendant prepares and serves breakfast, cleans up, and provides customer service.
• Preparation Set up the breakfast buffet
• Prepare and present breakfast, Ensure food is available
• Service Bring food and drink to guests
• Replenish items throughout the meal
• Take payment, and Address questions and requests.
• Clean up
• Wash and clean utensils, counters, floors, and other equipment.

Customer service Be friendly and attentive, Establish rapport with guests, Listen to guests and gain their trust, and Exceed customers' expectations.

• Clean and sort silverware and stoneware
• Empty garbage
• Clean tables in between guests
• Prepare and clean beverage dispensers
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Begins and ends shift as scheduled and arrives in full uniform, adheres to dress code
• Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars.
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
• Clear and reset tables.
• All other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a server
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the restaurant organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificates
