- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine the best course of action
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
Knowledge of pool Maintenance preferred

- Customer service: Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their concerns
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): Proficient in using software to track maintenance activities and manage work orders
- Leadership: Ability to supervise and guide a team of maintenance personnel
- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintenance skills: Proficient in maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Facilities maintenance: Knowledge of general facilities maintenance practices and procedures
