What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3-11 pm Front Desk Agent ,Liberty Mo position at Holiday Inn Express and suites?
Holiday Inn Express/ Comfort Suites needs a Front Desk Agent to join our team immediately. We’re looking for an ambitious, hardworking professional who loves responding to guests’ needs. The ideal applicant should be capable of working specifically with no one to assist him or her with basic functions, such as checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and taking initiative for necessary tasks. A flexible schedule with open availability and a willingness to work overtime when necessary are essential.
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
- OPERA system knowledge a plus
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed, and resolve why guest is still at hotel
- Answer phones and place reservations
- Do laundry in your down time, be able to stand for long periods of time
- Do all mandatory training's to be in compliance with our brand standards
- Have a great personality
- Make our guests feel welcome and special
- Able to problem solve, and make quick decisions
- This is for the 3 to 11 shift only, no need to apply if you can only work 7 to 3
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
