Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while managing reservations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
