Duties
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.

- Manage phone systems effectively, providing excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and address any guest concerns.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Handle multilingual communications to assist diverse guests, enhancing their experience through effective guest services.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining the reputation of our resort as a premier destination for hospitality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk supervisor or guest services manager role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Familiarity with phone systems and night audit processes is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with bilingual or multilingual capabilities being a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively while delivering outstanding customer service in a resort or hotel setting.
