We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all areas are maintained according to company standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within hotels or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in custodial work is an advantage, including familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning practices.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team dynamic.
