Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure all spaces are clean and well-organized.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and fixtures, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively.
