Join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milford family, as Room Attendant, and be responsible for cleaning guest rooms in according to IHG's strict standards for our exquisite property as we continuously strive to deliver the best guest service. Team Members are eligible for discounted rates at over 5,000 hotels and resorts. Must be able to work alone without direct supervision. Must be a team player.
Physical Demand:
- Continuous standing 100% of the shift
- Inside 100% of the shift
- Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying required up to 100 lbs. or more.
- Bending/kneeling required 70% of shift
- Mobile position required 100% of the time
Responsibilities
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Help guests retrieve lost items
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel security guidelines
