What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Night Audit position at Holiday Inn Express Dover?

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times
- Complete night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software applications
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
This position requires working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and possess excellent customer service skills.
