Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation 3 days a week from 3PM - 11PM and Night Auditor, twice per week from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor's responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, and answering the phone. The Night Auditor position also includes preparing breakfast for the guests. If you have a knack for customer service and/or have work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Great job for College students, retirees, or just need extra money.
Requirements
- Customer service experience (at least 1 year)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, & weekends
- Neat and professional appearance
- Be able to stand for long periods
- THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME.
