The Holiday Inn Express , in Moline, IL, is currently seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent!
Must have weekend availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Handles guest reservations including original reservation, changes, room blocking, group blocks, special requests and property to property reservations.
- Handles guest interactions including check-in, check-out, directions, questions & complaints.
