Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest requests for amenities, room service, and other services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk role preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management and hotel operations
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
