The Front Desk Manager will work closely with the General Manager to deliver a memorable experience for the hotels guests and associates. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and provide clear and concise training. Solid organizational skills are a must for this position. Essential Job Expectations:

• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guests expectations
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
