We are seeking a motivated entry-level HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a basic understanding of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and HR correspondence.
- Prepare, process, and maintain HR-related documents in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including document verification and orientation sessions.
- Utilize spreadsheets to manage initial benefits enrollment, including My Holiday and Splash Pass applications.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of tuition reimbursement, gym memberships, and general hiring data to facilitate proper payroll deductions and reimbursements.
- Support the HR team in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound phone inquiries to the HR department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
