Position overview:
We are looking for a Payroll Manager to support all aspects of payroll processing, including payroll tax, garnishment processing, and payroll processing for three legal entities bi-weekly using current HRIS [Paycom] in a rapidly growing and changing environment. Performs benefit duties related to programs including HSA, FSA, profit sharing, and 401(k) Administration. This position will also collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related issues and provide strategic input and reporting for payroll system enhancements and labor management functions.

Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work well with other departments to create a collaborative employee experience
- Associate degree in accounting or business and/or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years or more related experience required, and 1 year payroll processing experience a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll software and benefits systems [Paycom a plus]
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet capabilities including array spreadsheets, pivot tables, v-lookup functions, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA requirements.
