Position Overview:
The Regional Manager will handle client relationships, connect veterinarians with clients to drive sales growth, and support administrative functions. This role requires communication skills, time management, and the ability to build and maintain partnerships within the veterinary industry. Holiday Vet is looking for an individual who is self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to strengthen our brand presence. Success in this role requires prioritizing tasks effectively, problem-solving, and communicating clearly and effectively while engaging with clients. This is a salary based position with performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and contact prospective veterinary hospitals and doctors to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer service and satisfaction.
- Scheduling Coordination: Create and manage schedules using industry-specific software (training provided).
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and initiate outreach efforts.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries via email.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs and work collaboratively to develop solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and track performance metrics to support company goals.
- Self-Management: Take ownership of tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and company objectives.
- Administrative Support: Assist with social media, marketing efforts, and general office tasks.
