Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator provides critical support to the HR Director and HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, ensuring efficient execution of administrative and operational HR functions. This position is responsible for generating reports, managing job descriptions, processing HR technology requests, updating organizational hierarchies and charts, handling position code management, and ensuring the accuracy of HR system data. The HR Coordinator serves as a key resource for the HR team, helping to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Job Functions :
HR Administrative Support :
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, ensuring timely updates related to new hires, terminations, transfers, and other personnel changes.
- Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles, ensuring they accurately reflect current responsibilities and requirements. Assist with auditing the job description repository periodically.
- Review and submit finalized job descriptions to the Compensation team for evaluation, ensuring all necessary details (e.g., responsibilities, qualifications, and scope) are accurately reflected and meet organizational standards.
- Respond to employee HR cases inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HRBP as needed.

Physical Demands : Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods of time. Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities.
Travel : No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions : Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. Weekend travel required.
This position is classified as "in-office." Because of the nature of the role, employees are required to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida five days each week. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area.
