Holley is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the performance automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate will be in charge of making outbound sales calls to existing and potential accounts, meeting quarterly growth goals, building excellent customer relationships, and offering outstanding service to customers in terms of sales and technical product support.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls per day to current and prospective customers in addition to receiving inbound sales calls from an assigned customer list.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets for growth in volume and revenue.
- Provide technical product support and guidance to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or direct retail sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the performance automotive aftermarket industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location and Reporting: This position can be located at Holley headquarters in Bowling Green, KY or at our Nashville, TN office, and will be a member of our customer service group. The role reports directly into the Senior Director of Domestic Muscle Sales.
