Director of Business Intelligence

The Director of Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for developing and executing the company's BI strategy, including the data roadmap and Power BI visualization roadmap. This role will lead a team of BI professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement the company's BI strategy, including the data roadmap and Power BI visualization roadmap. 
• Lead the BI team in designing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop BI solutions that meet those needs. 
• Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures. 
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in BI solutions. 
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and develop insights that can be used to improve business performance. 
• Communicate BI findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BI trends and technologies, and recommend and implement new technologies as needed. 

Qualifications and Requirements:  

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Intelligence, or a related field. 
• 7 years of experience in a BI leadership role. 
• Strong technical skills in data warehousing, data modeling, data mining, and data visualization. 
• Experience with Power BI and other BI tools. 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
