We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our fast-growing Sales Department. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our on-site team, contributing to client retention by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate client databases, and resolving conflicts on time. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the Sales and Account Management team with daily tasks, including maintaining the Salesforce/ERP system, managing client databases, resolving customer issues, and processing orders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, build trust and rapport, identify areas of improvement, document issues and resolutions, and recommend best practices.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Review and enhance the customer journey, using a consultative approach to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Customer Success Initiatives: Develop and implement customer-success strategies, best practices, and support materials in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Warranty teams.
- Internal and External Communication: Liaise with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand customer needs, improve retention, drive growth, and share insights.
- Record-Keeping & Project Management: Maintain awareness of client activities through accurate record-keeping and project management.
- Lead Generation & Tracking: Research and track potential projects for bid or construction opportunities, collaborating with estimation teams as needed.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain the Hollman pipeline report or CRM, ensuring detailed notes and accurate tracking of leads across markets and audiences.
- Client Coordination: Assist in creating estimates, coordinating projects, and ensuring ERP client information is up-to-date.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, promoting Hollman specifications and sales.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes, propose enhancements, and develop new strategies to maximize client satisfaction and expand Hollman’s client base.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Complete additional tasks to support sales and account management efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience supporting a sales, account management team, or customer success.
- Skills:
