Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings and functions.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop training programs for new employees to ensure effective onboarding.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain phone systems and ensure efficient communication within the office.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience in supervising staff and managing team dynamics is preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.87 - $24.24 per hour
