Job Responsibilities:
• Directs and coordinates nightly activities of 3PL warehouse to ensure that the quality and accuracy of shipping and receiving meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
• Reads, understands, and ensures that all Team Members and managers adhere to appropriate policies and procedures and SOP's.
• Confers in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives, with Company and customer officials, as necessary.
• Manages, mentors, and motivates supervisory personnel to handle Team Member’s concerns, complaints, and developmental needs.
• Oversees supervision of warehouse Team Members.
• Coaches, trains, and develops hourly Team Members and front-line managers.
• Monitors and audits operations to ensure they efficiently and effectively provide needed services.
• Initiates, innovates and drives continuous improvement in warehouse operational systems, processes and policies.
• Directs and coordinates quality control and damage reduction.
• Determines and implements staffing levels to achieve customer success.
• Conducts performance evaluations.
• Conducts disciplinary follow-up as required.
• Maintains and oversees the Team Members Productivity Program.
• Handles customer complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Education: High School Degree required, Degree preferred
• Experience: Five (5) years of previous management experience in a high-paced warehouse environment.
• Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access, and Word. Ability to master internal computer systems.
• Certificates & Licenses: Forklift Certification preferred.
