What Does the Job Require (Job Description)?:
- Established in 1982, Holmans Cabinets is looking for a detailed order entry and quickbooks pro that would assist the CEO and office staff. Includes Meeting prep, calendar management, and help in multiple businesses. Requires strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
- Must be discrete in dealing with matters of confidentiality.
- On-going training is provided.

What Work Schedule Is Required?
- The vast majority of the hours that you will work will be between the hours of 6:30 AM and 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday).
Education Requirements / Skill:
- No college degree or certification is required (although continuous on-the-job and paid training is provided).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Attention to detail
- Must have Excel or Google Sheets experience. We only use Sheets!
- On-going training is provided.
- Must be self-motivated and goal orientated.
