The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
The VP - Digital Service Transformation in the Fleet Transformation Office is responsible for owning, developing and executing a digital channel strategy that simplifies and enhances our clients servicing as well as improves efficiency, and aligns with organizational transformation goals. This role leads cross-functional partnership, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to integrate digital initiatives with the broader transformation agenda. The VP - Digital Service Transformation prioritizes business outcomes and customer experience, optimizing the digital roadmap, enabling the right training and coaching structures internally to achieve measurable results such as increased satisfaction, streamlined processes, and higher digital adoption. As a strategic leader, the VP will drive digital initiatives that advance efficiency, scalability, and engagement, positioning digital channels as a core enabler of organizational transformation. The role will also play a pivotal part of 'new ways of working' in partnership with the Technology platform team, Marketing and business areas to bring more agile ways of working to bear.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital channel strategy that optimizes customer service, retention, and engagement.
- Own the digital product roadmap from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Prioritize digital investments and projects to maximize impact on customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Experience Design team to enhance the customer experience across digital platforms.
- Engage closely with the Platform Lead to coordinate business needs with technical development efforts.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to adjust digital strategies and improve digital service delivery.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and gather input on ongoing digital initiatives.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Benefits : Regular Full-Time

Pay :
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $255,870.00 - $402,995.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
