Essential Responsibilities
- Work with RPA team to sign off on the business and technical requirements.
- Oversee and support designs of the RPA and automation solutions and provide technical training and guidance on RPA systems.
- Develop automation projects and components according to the solution design, using the dedicated automation software.
- Design and develop automation workflows, perform software testing for the automation workflows, and work with the testing team to identify and troubleshoot bugs.
- Adhere to the automation development methodologies and RPA best practices.
- Lead and participate in all the stages of the automation project lifecycle, such as production deployment, hypercare, and monitoring.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a business solutions capacity including: implementation, solution analysis & design, enterprise systems integration, data architecture and migrations and at least one programming language.
- Skills: Thorough knowledge in utilizing Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies and practices. Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.
- Technical Competencies: Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvement
