Duties

- Assist clients in developing coping strategies and skills for managing their mental health conditions.
- Facilitate group sessions that encourage peer support and shared learning among participants.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to create individualized recovery plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Offer crisis intervention and management support when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
- Educate clients about available resources, services, and systems that can assist them in their recovery process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies.
