ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – SPONSORSHIP INTERN
JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant Intern
DEPARTMENT: Philanthropic and Communications
COMPENSATION: $15.00
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides support to the Sponsorship Team as directed by the Assistant Director of Sponsorship. Training to include CRM data entry/editing, assembling marketing materials, shipping products, and other duties as trained for and assigned.
- Supports Sponsorship by carrying out projects as assigned by the supervisor, determining priorities, coordinating workflow, and completing assignments as requested.
- Contributes to acquisition efforts by preparing marketing materials and shipping in accordance with prescribed deadlines. Ensures consistency and appropriate messaging by reviewing and editing child information. Reporting inconsistencies and errors to the CMS manager.
- Develop reports by analyzing data and organizing information to present results.
- Contributes to team effort by collaborating and communicating with the team on needs and priorities. Contributing ideas for improving the efficient workflow of the team. Exhibiting cooperative and effective work relationships, such as responding positively to challenges, assignments, and inter and intra-departmental requests; seeing beyond own tasks to help fulfill the organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB-EVALUATION DOCUMENTATION
KNOWLEDGE (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
Verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer skills. Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
INFORMATION PROCESSING:
Ability to analyze incoming letters, documents, and reports. Assesses and acts appropriately with incoming information.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment, courtesy, and tact in communicating with others. Takes initiative in assigned duties, particularly in selecting among various options to accomplish work.
INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION:
Ability to interact effectively with colleagues. Ability to work well with other employees. Ability to exercise courtesy and tact in contact with the general public. Full understanding and practice of confidentiality in the management of sensitive materials.
IMPACT OF RESULTS:
Independently handles various administrative tasks and achieves results with special projects. Contributes to growth in Holt’s Sponsorship Program. Assists the Assistant Director of Sponsorship with various program components.
CONTROLS: Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Sponsorship who reviews work for effectiveness and results obtained.
