Responsibilities

  • Master the PLACE System:
    • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program, gaining expertise in our proven real estate success model.
  • Drive Lead Generation & Conversion:
    • Implement and optimize PLACE lead generation systems weekly to build a consistent pipeline of clients.
    • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments, maximizing your sales opportunities.
  • Guide Buyers & Secure Agreements:
    • Provide expert guidance to buyers, securing signed buyer agreements and identifying properties that meet their needs.
    • Skillfully negotiate offers, ensuring favorable outcomes for your clients.
  • Maximize Seller Opportunities & Listings:
    • Advise sellers on market conditions, secure exclusive listings, and effectively market properties to attract qualified buyers.
    • Utilize advanced pricing strategies, staging techniques, and other listing services to achieve optimal sales results.
  • Utilize PLACE Technology & Track Progress:
    • Effectively use PLACE Technology to monitor, record, and analyze your tasks and activities, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Engage with the Community:
    • Host a minimum of two impactful open houses per month, showcasing properties and generating buyer interest.
  • Commit to Professional Development:
    • Participate in weekly script practice sessions to refine your communication and negotiation skills.
    • Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to continuously improve your expertise.
  • Contribute to Team Success:
    • Actively participate in team activities, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
    • Adhere to team guidelines, and standards.

    • You're a collaborative team player, contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere.

    • You are open to learning and using scripts and dialogues to improve your skills.
  • Demonstrates Organization & Time Management:

  • Holds a Valid Wisconsin Real Estate License (or is in the Process):
    • A valid Wisconsin Real Estate License is required to join our team, and we encourage new or soon-to-be licensed agents to apply.
