SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Sr. Talent Assistant serves as the Administrative Assistant for all members of the Talent Agency with duties that include oversight of calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments for Talent Scouts, greeting applicants, preparing new hire paperwork, administering pre-hire testing, ordering supplies, invoice/payment processing, and conducting all necessary background checks for applicants. This includes reference checks, criminal background checks, MVRs etc.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in an office setting, Human Resources/Talent preferred or
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1 year experience in office setting.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Attention to detail in preparing written materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to interact effectively with managers, staff, applicants, and outside agencies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft/computer office suite applications and applicant tracking systems
