What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Services Associate position at Holyoke Medical Center?
To perform a variety of duties in the Food Services Department which include, but are not limited to:
- p repare and stock cafeteria meal service line, salad bar, patient tray line, and patient kitchens
- prepare and serve food to patients, staff and the public
- deliver meal trays to guest service representatives on patient units
- assist with tray assembly as needed
- disassemble trays and clean food trucks
- service ware washing and pot washing manually or with dish machine
- wrapping silverware
- fill and deliver patient floor stock as assigned
- general cleaning
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and speak in English and be able to follow verbal and written instructions ; previous experience in retail food service, or similar environment preferred
