As a care professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide Personal Care : Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance : Assist clients with walking, transfers, and positioning as necessary to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Companionship : Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation, hobbies, and other activities to reduce feelings of isolation.
• Meal Preparation & Feeding : Plan, prepare, and assist with meals that meet the dietary needs of clients. Ensure clients have proper nutrition and hydration.
• Medication Reminders : Ensure clients take their prescribed medications on time and per their care plan.
• Light Housekeeping : Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment.
• Monitor Client Health : Observe and report changes in the client’s physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervisors or family members.
• Maintain Care Documentation : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client care, activities, and progress as per company policies.
