We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate, experienced, and skilled Care Professionals to join our growing team. As a care professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Mobility Assistance: Help clients with walking, transfers, and positioning as necessary to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Companionship: Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation, hobbies, and other activities to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Meal Preparation & Feeding: Plan, prepare, and assist with meals that meet the dietary needs of clients. Ensure clients have proper nutrition and hydration.
- Medication Reminders: Ensure clients are taking their prescribed medications on time and in accordance with their care plan.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment.
- Monitor Client Health: Observe and report changes in the client’s physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervisors or family members.
- Maintain Care Documentation: Keep accurate and uptodate records of client care, activities, and progress as per company policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving or CNA certification
- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a healthcarerelated field.
- CPR certification
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable.
- Ability to provide personal care and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Must pass a background check.
