Position Responsibilities
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Maintain a consistent schedule for clients and communicate any changes promptly and accurately.
- Address and manage emergency call-outs each morning.
- Fill open shifts daily to ensure both client and caregiver needs are met.
- Accommodate client/family requests for schedule changes on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure caregiver schedules align with client needs, minimizing disruptions to in-home services.
- Staff all open shifts for the following day by the end of each workday.
Caregiver Communication and Management:
- Update caregivers promptly with new client information.
- Monitor and manage caregiver overtime, limiting it to emergency situations and maintaining a standard 40-hour work week.
- Conduct six-month and annual evaluations with caregivers, providing constructive feedback.
- Assist in teaching CPR and First Aid to caregivers on a monthly basis alongside office staff.
- Support caregiver onboarding by assembling and auditing caregiver files monthly.
Client and Team Engagement:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, their families, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Answer phones with a friendly attitude and check emails/phone messages routinely.
- Participate in weekly administrative meetings, providing solutions to leadership feedback.
- Attend monthly staff meetings and share proactive solutions to ongoing challenges with leadership.
- Assist in compiling and auditing client files monthly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Problem-Solving and On-Call Duties:
- Multi-task effectively to address unexpected challenges or changes.
- Take on-call assignments as needed, ensuring client and caregiver needs are met after hours and on the weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
