Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
- Assist with the hiring process for new care pros, duties may include fielding employment inquiries from prospective care pros and moving applicants through the process.
- Perform in-the-field Introductions with new care pros and new clients.
- Perform Quality Assurance visits to ensure client and care pro safety.
- Enter and maintain accurate client and care pros records in the operating system.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
