What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Manager position at Home Instead Senior Care - Cape Cod?
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage client services and delivery of care for all clients
- Grow company revenue by networking, participating in events, brochure distribution etc.
- Acquire new clients, conduct new client assessments, and onboard new clients
- Conduct quality assurance calls and visits with clients on a regular basis to monitor
- Prior healthcare, senior care, or in-home care services experience (min 2 years) Work closely with scheduling team to resolve any conflicts, emergencies, call-outs or client
- Team player, excellent communication skills, excellent client interaction skills, ability to multi-task and Record all client and staffing activities and report issues to management.
- Experience maintaining professionalism and patience in a fast-paced environment Ensure all CAREGiver and client issues are resolved and results communicated to clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and caregivers in a timely manner
- Proficiency with computers, using Microsoft Office and Client scheduling systems
- Open and effective communication with management, colleagues, caregivers, clients, and family members & a Positive attitude are a must!

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
