Job Title: Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the coordination of scheduling service for our clients, focusing on creating extraordinary relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules to ensure high-quality matches and develop strong relationships.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and caregiver activity using our software system.
- Follow up with client and caregiver issues to resolve problems efficiently.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in our software system.
- Communicate effectively with franchise owners, colleagues, caregivers, clients, and family members.
- Implement contingency plans to ensure 100% maintenance of service hours.
- Identify opportunities to increase service hours and enhance quality care.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide knowledgeable responses.
- Field new client inquiries, enter information into our software system, and work with the team to prepare for care consultations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and communicate them to the team.
