Position Overview:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating schedules with customers, tracking job progress, managing installer availability, and overseeing material delivery to ensure that projects run efficiently and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling: Coordinate job schedules with customers, installers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track job progress, ensuring that tasks are being completed according to schedule.
- Material Management: Track materials and delivery dates to ensure all necessary supplies arrive on time and are available for each project.
- Installer Coordination: Communicate with installers to confirm availability, job progress and any issues that arise on jobs.
- Customer Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the status of their projects.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project schedules, delivery logs, and communication with customers and installers.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and address any scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or construction industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple moving parts and resolve issues as they arise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management or project coordination is a plus.
